Research & Development
In-house research and development (R&D) is one of Dr. Schumacher's core competencies. New solutions and patents are constantly being developed with a view to current trends in nonwoven materials, active ingredients and packaging. In parallel, more than 200 existing formulations are continuously developed and optimized.
This enables us to offer you impregnation solutions that are tailored to your needs and requirements, right from the start, for the appropriate nonwoven material and the desired folding technique. As a manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biocides and cosmetics, we can implement almost any formulation: from aqueous and alcoholic solutions, emulsions and oil baths to creams, ointments, gels and powder products.
Quality Control
Continuous quality control at all stages of production, as well as dermatological and stability tests, ensure that our products meet the specific requirements of our customers and, of course, the legal regulations. As an expert in disinfectant and hygiene liquids, it is a matter of course for us to develop chemical preparations in accordance with applicable legislation, such as the Biocide Act and/or the requirements of the European Detergents Regulation (EC).
Close cooperation with our in-house Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs departments enables us to develop, produce and approve new formulations that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.
